I love this salon. Appointment only. They do everything by hand, no drills. Worth every penny spent. The ladies here are professional and personable. They make sure they have enough time for every person so an appointment is a must. They dont have TVs, only radio so you can integrate into the community of clients that have been faithfully getting their biweekly dose of paradise for the past 15+ years.

I really wanted to like this place – it was close to my house, and cheap, and the women are some of the nicest techs I’ve ever dealt with in a nail salon. But honestly they didn’t know what they were doing – both times i went in for a Gel manicure – one time involved buildable powder, one time didn’t, and both cost different amounts – even though i just asked for Gel manicure. Also, they claim to have gel polish but they don’t. they use regular OPI or Essie and cover it with a clear gel coat. My nails chipped a day or two after, both times.

The place it’s self is over all nice. However I did NOT like my Pedicure what so ever. When I first got in I asked how much a pedicure was. The lady responded that the pedicures are $25. So I decided to give the place a try. Durning my pedicure I had to keep tell the lady how to do my feet she didn’t clean any of the dead skin or anything. My pedicure was done in about 15 mins. My toe nails was uneven and she was saying that it was my nail when all she had to do was cut it and shape it…… I have not yet to find one good nail place in Jersey that really take nails seriously…..

Got a pedicure there on Thursday and on Saturday it was all chipped. The nailpolish didn’t properly stick to my nails. The woman doing the pedicure didn’t file or clip my toe nails much. Also I had polish on the skin sides of my toes. I went back to have them fix it and another lady told me that they didn’t have time to fix it and I should come back another day. Such a waste of $30. If you want a great pedicure/manicure/wax the go to Forever Beauty 119 Somerset St. in new Brunswick.

Overall I had a good experience although I got my nails done late Friday prior to going on vacation. I paid extra for “long lasting” nail color. It is now Wednesday morning and all of my nails are chipped. The long-lasting nail polish is a scam.

These ladies are awesome. They have been working here for over 15 years. I have consistently been amazed at the great work they’ve done. I have been coming for most of the 15 years and I have never been disappointed. The prices are moderately priced compared to other places and their service is 100%.
