Very kind and gentle demeanored staff. The salon is super clean and the ambiance is bright and cheery but also simple and relaxing. Im not one to get my nails done often but I had them done here for a wedding and the whole experience was wonderful so I had to go back a few weeks later for some extra R&R (with an additional foot massage).

My girlfriend wanted to get her nails done and this being close to our home decided to give it a try…Kim herself said she would do them and “they would be beautiful “. My girl always gets french manicure and likes them done with pink and white gel which she said they do, some salons do not use the white gel, so she had them done. Kim did a good job and they looked great. Two weeks later she went for a fill and was told bu Kim that she couldnt take her as a client, when my girl asked if another day was better she said she did not have the staff to take her at all as a client. Now she had to find another salon to do them the same. Very disappointed that she did the set to begin with without telling her she couldn’t do them after that. Won’t go there again.

Kim’s is the best nail salon in Glastonbury. Kim is so nice and her staff are really friendly as well. She is a perfectionist and it shows. Manicures/pedulicures are always beautifully done and last longer than those I’ve had from other shops.
