I don’t even leave reviews but I made it a point to leave one for this business. The vibe in this place is off and you can easily notice that when you walk in. There is no warm welcome or anyone smiling for that matter. The younger lady that works in there is THE WORST EVER!!! Her attitude is terrible. Not only that but they are extremely overpriced. TRUST ME do not waste your time. This is by far the worst nail shop I have ever been in!!!!!!!

Kim is a racist. The black community tells each other not to go in her salon. She holds the drill down way to hard while drilling out of spite. The salon has boxes all over the place. The bathroom is very nasty trash all over the place. She has a lot of old polish that has not been used. Very rude and disrespect. I received a pedicure water was very cold. She is selfish and completely understaffed. Staff did not clean tools after each used of client. State board will be called on her. Do not go and spend money in this salon.

I went here Monday June 22, 2020. Today is june 24, 2020. I paid $56.71 for a full set. While the man was doing my nails I noticed he was putting a very small amount of acrylic on my nails. I basically begged him to add a thicker coat. I’ve never seen acrylic look as thin as these. He insisted that they were thick enough. I told him not to polish them because I figured something was wrong with his skills and didnt wanna do too much damage. I also didn’t want to cause a scene. I paid and left. The very next day my nail goes flying off just from picking up a cup at work. I go back Wednesday (today) for a repair and another layer of acrylic so that all my other nails wont go popping off due to not having enough acrylic on them. He tells me I will need to pay 10 more dollars for more acrylic, tells me It’s my fault my nail broke not his. This place is the worse nail salon I’ve ever been to. The level of unprofessionalism is sickening. Not to mention the rude woman who tried to curse me out on the phone when I asked how long the wait would be. Please save yourself the hassle and stay away from this shop. I think everyone who works there should take some more classes on how to do nails and how to treat customers. YOU ACTUALLY GET ZERO STARS. I SHOULD HAVE BELIEVED THE HUNDREDS OF BAD REVIEWS. They were correct you are rude af and unprofessional.

The owner is by far the RUDEST woman I have ever encountered in any nail salon! The prices are higher than others also. I cannot imagine how they stay in business. I think that’s why there was only one other customer in there besides myself. The poor technician who did my toenail polish change crouched down on the floor to serve me. I was not even allowed to sit in a proper chair nor was she. When I commented to Kim that I thought this was terrible, she mocked me to the other client that she was serving. I was sure to tell her I would not be returning ever. She said she didn’t care n continued to talk about me to the other client saying “This is why i have to go to church every morning.” Well if she goes to church, I sure can’t tell! Anyone considering going there, save your money, go elsewhere, and be treated like a valued customer! I never write reviews, but this experience deemed it necessary

Got a very wonderful pedicure. My toes look great and the technician spent a long time scrubbing and massaging my legs. That felt amazing! So worth the extra few bucks for the scrub and massage. Pedicure, Gel manicures

The gel manicure was NOT worth $50 I was rushed through the services of my manicure I asked for a gel manicure, and design on one nail. I was charged $ 5 for nail art on one nail. The gel polish I watered down I can still see previous polish on my nails this was my second time going there. The first time I was rushed through a mani/pedi this time “Kym• didn’t clean my hands didn’t barely remove all of the previous polish paid $55 for gel nails and you can see through the polish even after two coats the work was rushed and sloppy, not even worth $20 and the salon was not the cleanest it was kind of sketchy. Will not go back.
