This was my second time visiting Kim’s House of Beauty, and again it did not disappoint. I got my hair washed, treated, cut, and blow dried. Sonia greeted me with a big smile, and then promptly washed my hair. She’s so friendly and warm. It felt like I was getting my hair washed by a long lost friend. I then got my hair cut by Josue, and you can just tell right off the bat he is an expert at his craft. He understood exactly what I wanted and delivered so effortlessly. Lastly, Judy the owner, completed my look with a blow out. She is just the best! Always very accommodating and super professional. Overall amazing experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

Staff was super friendly & welcoming! Shampoo/washing was relaxing + thorough. Jose did a wonderful job with the cut—would definitely recommend him for all your layering, trimming needs. I have long hair but he was efficient, didn’t rush, and made me feel very comfortable along the way (seeing how it’s been 2 years since my last visit to the hair salon!) He did a great job with my bangs also! Stylist made sure I left satisfied and the price was extremely reasonable… 2nd time coming here, will absolutely be back! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was the most horrible experience I paid 160$ for a keratin treatment, mind you my hair is not even curly it’s barley wavy. I got it for my vacation and I’ve done many Keratin treatments before and it lasted and made my hair shiny and straight. The guy worker there was so disrespectful and doesn’t even know what he’s doing he put one step on my hair, and told me to come back in three days, I come back in three days and he says to leave there’s nothing he can do. All he does is wash my hair and make me leave after 30 minutes of arguing with me. The staff are very unprofessional. I don’t understand why he would tell this to the customer but not only are they horrible but their products are clearly not good.
