I asked for a 4-5 inch trim to get rid of my dead ends and the lady cut my long hair to my shoulders and it was crooked. I never asked for it to be that short and when I asked her to fix it to make it straight, she told me I asked for my own hair to be cut crooked. She did not fix my hair at all or do my haircut the way i asked for her. Don’t waste your time going here, she won’t listen to you and will do as she pleases. She also doesn’t give refunds if you don’t like what she ends up doing to your own hair.

I went in for a trim. I didn’t notice until I got home that my hair was very noticeably uneven on the ends. I paid $25 including tip for this. She was a nice lady, but I am very unpleased about it. Now I have to go to another place to have it fixed.
