Kim was able to get me in the next day and had an enjoyable time at her quaint shop. Haircut and highlighting with deep conditioning, all with very little discussion or explanation needed. She knew what I wanted! Walked out looking great and felt attended to throughout even though other customers were in progress. She definitely got a regular customer in me, and probably some friends!
