Kim is super friendly. She truly cares for her customers. She listens to customers needs and fulfills their ask with her charm. When you enter this place, there is good vibe. She is also running this local saloon for so many years, what a great experience every time I see her. If you want to have great experience (go without too much of expectations please), you won’t be disappointed. Price is competitive as well. Once you are done with haircut here, this is how you will feel, “I am looking good.” Again this is my own experience so it can differ for individuals based on their expectations. We live in modern era although Kim is not tech savvy so please, have some empathy and then write some words here online. Your words matter and can save or make someone’s day very special or drift people away. Even though you may have bad experience here, your hair will grow in couple weeks, but this lady works hard to earn a living. So please be thoughtful and think twice. Thank you very much fellas. Extremely fast, I’ve gone in with hair down to my shoulders, and left with a short side part in about 15 minutes, and the haircut was as good or better than any of the places that took an hour! She doesn’t charge enough for the speed and quality, frankly.

Horrible. It shouldn’t be “Friendly” in her shop name. I took my 10 years old son there to have the experience after cutting his hair at home for 2 years because of the pandemic and I wish we did not go. After buzz cutting the lower part, and not even blending in, she did not want to cut the upper part complaining she would use the clipper. After i asked again, she did it but barely taking any hair out. Again i asked to cut more still long, she said exactly that she is not in the mood for it and she doesn’t want my son to cry(for what reason dont know). One more time i asked, then she took the scissor and butchered his hair on top two times and said “Im done”. After all this, she started questioning my son if he is really 10 years old because he looks tall (10years and under are 15$). Well you dont deserve a penny that I paid. We ended up getting another haircut.
