Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI must say I could not go one day without leaving postingareview about my experience with Kim. When I was seated in her spa area, I noticed right away this was not your ordinary nail salon. Atmosphere: light music, clean, fresh lavender scent without the harsh smell of fingernail polish and acetone. I noticed on the website she did not do acrylic nails and liked that she only did natural nails. She offered little amenities such as hot herbal tea and refreshments, warm towels, hot oil treatment for my hands and feet. I haven’t been treated this well at our spa in Grand Turks. I have always been ashamed of my nails due to an accident when I was little. I never wanted to draw any attention to them, so I Never use polish on top of being dry and brittle. She explained I would need to see her more often and appointments to get my nails repaired and most importantly, allow me to feel good about them. I would give her 10 stars if I could. She was so sweet and kind. I am so happy to have found her. I have already made an appointment for my husband and my daughter. I must say I could not go one day without leaving postingareview about my experience with Kim. When I was seated in her spa area, I noticed right away this was not your ordinary nail salon. Atmosphere: light music, clean, fresh lavender scent without the harsh smell of fingernail polish and acetone. I noticed on the website she did not do acrylic nails and liked that she only did natural nails.
