Kim takes the time to make sure you’re happy with your look. She readjusted the dye when it wasn’t the right color and cleaned up with clippers without me even asking. She also is so sweet and hospitable. While waiting for my dye to settle, she poured me some coffee and let me pick something to watch on Netflix. My mom has been going here for years and I am certain I will continue that trend.

I absolutely LOVE coming to Kim’s. So many of the women in my family including my grandma, aunt, mom and so many others have been coming here forever. The environment is so clean, beautiful, and they make you so comfortable and are so great at what they do. While this last time I went for a balayage and hair cut they are literally SO good at everything. I also got my third set of lobe piercings done here! Highly recommend them for anything and everything! Very professional and an incredible welcoming group of staff.
