Worst experience ever…I took my daughter and son in to get a hair cut. My son went first and near the end of my sons hair cut a worker named Kelly (not the person cutting my son’s hair) told me to go sit down in the front of the store that I couldn’t be back with him while he was getting his haircut. I explained to her that I have always stood back with my kids at that location and other locations while they get a cut. She said that they allow for little kids, but that my kids are old enough. I told her that my kids want me back with them and in an extremely condescending tone she said “oh are they special needs that they need to have you back with them.” My mouth fell open. I could not believe the freaking audacity. I asked her if she was serious and she said I was being combative I turned and asked the person cutting my sons hair if she was done and she was. Needless to say my daughter didn’t get her hair cut and I will never use Great Clips again. The old heathen me would have probably had the police called because I would have cursed her out and gone the freak off. but I didn’t want to act a fool in front of my kids. My son was very upset and said that he felt like she was calling him retarded.

If you want a place that gives you a plane basic hair cut, barbershop quality with attitude, this place is great. If you want a “salon style” cut go somewhere else. They couldn’t understand what an angled bob is, it was chop here, chop there; nothing blended. One side was longer than the other by an inch. Then when I went back to get it fixed the girl just chopped it more nothing blended, no angle at all. Don’t waste your money, pay a little extra to get it done right.

I will never go here again! The hours say 9pm on Sat. I checked in online around 5, waited a bit as the wait time was over an hour and a half, then drove the 30 minutes to get there. I got there shortly after 6 and the door was locked. They let me wait outside until 6:30 before coming to tell me I couldn’t get my haircut! Terrible customer service!!!
