I will never let anyone else in their shop touch my nails expect Richard. Lady had one job to take off the acrylic nails and she damaged one of my nails with the drill. Now I have to wait until the nail heals before I can put polish on it. Then she filed my thumb nail lopsided. I’m very dissatisfied and I’m definitely going elsewhere to get acrylic overlay because they had no idea what I was talking about

I’ve been going to Kimmy’s Nails for at least 37 years, but they will no longer receive my business. The medi/pedi was okay and they wanted to do both at the same time which was a little awkward. The young lady doing the manicure accidently cut my cuticle on one finger and apologized. The same young lady kept asking me about my feet and telling me it would be $50.00 for my feet alone. I asked what the other price was for my feet without the shellac and she didn’t answer me 3 times, as if she didn’t understand. Kimmy was sitting right there and to make a long story short the same young lady who pretended not to understand or answer me then proceeded to high charge me as kimmy and her brother who then intervened didn’t listen to me and admitted he didn’t. I expressed how disappointed I was and told them to keep all the money I paid. I have lost respect for them and decided not to ever return. Care about your customers and answer their questions and quit trying to make a fast buck! Being deceitful never pays!

Love this nail shop fast efficient and friendly. Very clean shop. The owner Kimmy is an amazing woman. The Man whom works close to the front door on the right hand side is freaking awesome. I enjoyed getting my nails done and designed by him yesterday 8/13/2021. A must go

Horrible service. I paid $75 dollars for me and my daughter to have pedicures and our nails done and they left us just sitting. After the pedicure the techs walks away without telling were to go or who as going to do our nails. A total rip off and embarrassment. I’m trying to show my daughter what women do and this is what these idiots did to us. You’ll never get my business again and I make sure noone I know walks into your rat trap. You’re horrible people.

Went in a Monday, they weren’t too busy. A man did my nails, i showed him a picture of how i wanted them i let him do his job. He was not good at it. Did not leave my nails like i wanted them. The shape of my nails was not very good. They were crooked. He charge me $60 and asked me to pay before he was finished with my nails. He was rushing but there was only one lady waiting. I don’t mind paying thats for my nails, but they did not look good.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came in today 10/28/2021 for a pedicure. The service was horrible, there was no hot water, there were bugs and workers were not using mask, and the did not sanitize any of their tools or use disposable ones, i asked the owner who was doing my pedicure if she could use tools that were sanitized or brand new. No one understood what i was saying and were extremely rude. The service was horrible, there was no hot water, there were bugs and workers were not using mask, and the did not sanitize any of their tools or use disposable ones, i asked the owner who was doing my pedicure if she could use tools that were sanitized or brand new. No one understood what i was saying and were extremely rude.
