First time here, an asian hairdresser took me. I wanted a shampoo and straight cut, 1 inch below my shoulders. She Does a mini consultation – faces me towards the mirror, stands behind me and starts touching my hair and measuring it from the side of my shoulders to confirm the length and what I want. After she was finished, I was very happy and satisfied with everything.
