Aimee’s (sisw) husband was meticulous on his painting skills, they both were very hospitable. Aimee asked my name during get busy schedule and was smart enough to tell me, “make appointment next time, with a business card ” I knew it’s cause they are pressed for time but like keeping the (walk- in sign welcome). In reality walk- ins stress them out. (They nice people pleasing people) so hard too do for everyone But my nails look good half day later, cause that’s when my review is being asked for. Can’t tell you how the nails look next week cause I’ll forget lol but as of now 5 stars

I’ve heard some people come to Kimle’s for their nails regularly but I always seem to have a problem. My nails seem to chip within two or three days of getting them done. I usually get the gel polish. Otherwise, the technicians are very nice and the place is clean, much better than going to a more popular place. Prices are very fair as well

I usually go here every 2-3 weeks and always have a good experience. My nails come out great and they last, only time they chip is when I’m at work, which is my fault lol. The prices are good and Amy is a sweetheart.

Absolutely horrible!!!!! Made appointments for three women, two of them got Mani/pedi’s for prom, the third got a pink gel french manicure. When we got there for our appointment, they didn’t have enough staff to help all three. One employee was still 15-20 minutes from being done. The other wasn’t set up for the pedicures. It was like they weren’t expecting us, even though we had an appointment for everyone. Finally, 45 minutes later, they started my wife’s nails (she was only getting the pink gel). Then about an hour after we got there, the other woman started one of the pedicures, while the other sat and waited. The one doing the pedicures was beyond aggressive and rough. The two employee’s kept having a conversation between themselves in another language, never really addressing the client they were working with. When the two pedicures we’re finally done, a third employee randomly emerged from the back, slumped into one of the pedicure chairs and played on her phone, the whole time not helping and laughing about whatever the original two were talking about. We had a gift card for $25, which we waited to present until given the total. The bill was originally totaled at $195 for all three. The price was then recalculated with the $25 “subtracted” and somehow came up higher when the gift card was “applied” now totaling $235. When I challenged the employee’s math (who claimed to speak very little English) she started getting very loud with me and yelling back to the other women. I tried pointing out that the prices on the wall behind her were far less than what she wrote down and used to calculate our original bill. We finally ended up paying the $195. Top that experience off when the nails for all three women never made it more than a couple days after being done, with in a week all of the glued nails had fallen off. For the prices they charge at least a week or two! We have paid much less and gotten much better!!!
