Been going here for over a year now, this morning was the last straw. I made an appointment with Diane last week for 8:45am today (1/16/2023) I waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes and decided to call her, land line went to voicemail with the inbox FULL, called the 210 number on the window, went to voice mail with the inbox FULL. Decided to try and text her and got a reply back. She said she forgot and wanted me to come back tomorrow! I have put up with her being late, over booking, waiting in the business for over 30 minutes (had appointments) to get a Pedicure, but this was the last straw for me. Only reason I kept going back was she knows how to remove in-grown nails on my big toes. That being said she has made me bleed on several occasions! Anyone know of a salon near or in Spring Branch that has a good person to remove in-growns please let me know!

Since I moved away from this area I haven’t used this salon (maybe in at least 8 years). Unfortunately my small town doesn’t have any walk in nail salons so I always go to 46 for my services. I usually visit Beautiful Nail Day Spa but have been not very impressed with their unfriendliness and long waits. I came to this salon in hopes of not having to wait as long as was promptly greeted as soon as I arrived and was seated right away! Service is good and the color selection is vast. Will be coming back to this location for my pedicures in the future for quick service, friendly atmosphere and good prices!

Love this place! I’ve tried many others for my nails but, one person who meets the most to me in the world is my mom. She’s a diabetic and I take her here to, not only do her nails, but give her that extra pampered she deserves. They never fail to please in the extra pampering to Mom as well as myself. Keep up the great work…I’ll definitely be back again soon!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been several times only for pedicures. I cannot remember the gentleman’s name that took excellent care of me but I have major issues with ingrown toenails and this wonderful man took over an hour just working on taking care of each little toe! Lol! Then fancied them up with a beautiful red polish. He took is time…didnt rush or act put out or irritated at having to spend so much time on me and I truly appreciated that.My roommate, Pam, always has a manicure and pedicure and Kimi’s and it’s her favorite nail salon.Keep up the excellent work. I’ve been several times only for pedicures. Tried this place, first time the guy that did my pedi almost burned my feet and was rough. I decided to try one more time to give another chance and requested another person. When I got there they gave me the same guy from the first visit who proceeded to continuously talk about his political views the entire time. He bashed our leadership and would not stop about it! The audacity! As a business owner you don’t do that! That was very disheartening! Will not be going back!
