I really wanted to wait to make this review to make sure it wasn’t just me not being used to change, but it’s not me. I specifically said, I can’t have short layers- meaning not short hair. My hair is too fine and thin. I need something to lift it and give it shape but nothing short. Now my shortest layer wraps around my whole head and it’s about 5-6 inches shorter than my length, it’s like a bowl cut on top of my long hair. My hair does not grow fast AT ALL. I will have to live with this blunt choppy shorter layer I did not ask for at all and I am depressed. Nothing can fix this. So do not go get your hair cut here. She was not paying attention. She even was texting in the middle of blow drying.
