This woman is a complete B__ch! I contacted her about a manicure and scheduled an appointment via several texts with her. She never confirmed with me but I thought the appointment was solid. I arrived after driving through rush hour from Lakeville and she rudely told me that I never had an appointment. I pulled up my text from her from a month earlier and showed her but she basically told me, “too bad” I’m so BUSY and BOOKED I don’t’ have the time of day for you. She needs to learn a thing or two about running a small business and how to treat clients. She may do a good manicure but her business acumen is terribly lacking. She is the furthest thing from being a class act but rather a clown show and her mannerisms and attitude show it!

Would not recommend buying a Groupon here. Was gifted a Groupon and it has been a hassle to actually book an appointment. Multiple texts to set up an appointment. Was asking a few weeks in advance and no can do. Then asked a month in a advance, no can do. I haven’t even been able to experience my pedicure yet because my appointment isn’t for a few more months. Almost close to the expiration date of the Groupon! That’s how far out in advance I had to book. So if trying to just buy Groupon and go that same month forget about it. May experience before able to cash in on it. Consider this even if not a Groupon buyer. Setting up an appointment is ridiculous. Better off going as a walk in somewhere else.

I go back to Kim again and again. Her nail work is TOPS! Of all the places I’ve tried, her nail work lasts the longest. She can be a bit shy at first and focused on her work – but the quality speaks for itself. I’ve had other manicures where the folks are TOO chatty and the work suffers.

Came in while visiting. Walked in, they got me in immediately. I don’t look for conversation so I watched a show while the man who did my pedicure watched a show on his phone. If you’re looking for communication this wouldn’t be the spot for you. Did try to upsell me a couple times but outside of that it was smooth.

I purchased a groupon and spent months trying to schedule with Kimberly. She was slow to respond and it was very difficult. She never fulfilled the groupon and instructed me to “take it up with them.” She cancelled once and then made a scheduling mistake the second time and blamed it on me. I would not go back and will be taking it up with Groupon.
