The first thought that comes to mind is Professional. The way Kim conducts her business confirming appointments and emailing or texting her clients a day or two before hand to remind them of their upcoming appointments is on point. I have used her mobile service twice and Kim has always arrived on time. Her braiding is top notch and she is well prepared with all the hair you asked for an even other options if needed. I’m always asked “who did your hair?” when people see my style. Would highly recommend her if getting braids is what your looking for.
