I would 100,000% recommend this nail salon. I have had bad experiences over and over again at other nails salons. I was very hesitant on even getting my nails done ever again but I read their reviews and decided to give them a shot. I had Nathan and every time he was finished with a step I had a huge smile on my face. The color, the design, the shape and the length is just perfect. He asked me every step if I was happy and I was more than that. When he was done I just could not believe what I was seeing. I got 3 compliments from the other customers while my nails were drying. Nathan exceeded my expectations and set my standards high when it comes to my nails. I finally feel confident again in getting my nails done.

Worst experience at Kimberly Nail Salon & Spa today. I thought I had an appointment for simple nail and toes polish, they way over booked and couldn’t do nothing but the worse nail job I’ve gotten in 4 years. I communicated with the person doing my nails who completely disregarded what I had to say and trashed my nails. For how much a nail salon is now charging for nails 60$ just for most basic fingers a person should leave happy. I’m down at the new Nail palace 2 they served me champagne and are trying to fix the aweful experience I just had. Just can’t not believe I even told the owner my dismay and she did nothing to try and correct it. Just aweful!

First I want to say that I liked both woman who worked on my nails; one for my pedicure and one for my manicure. They were kind, professional and very detailed oriented. This salon was able to get me in quickly with a phone call which I also greatly appreciated. It was a little pricy and there is an up charge if you decide to use a credit card vs. cash, which I find mildly annoying but I understand. I’m really disappointed with what happened with my gel manicure after 2 days the pale pink I selected is beginning to turn brown making my nails look dirty and really ruin the experience. Unfortunately, as I was visiting family over the holiday season there is nothing that can be done to correct this. I am going to try to paint normal polish over the gel. I just expected more.

Had a wonderful experience there! Andrew was attentive and did a beautiful job on my nails. My mom and daughter couldn’t be happier with their pedicures. I think my mom wanted to stay and sleep in one of the pedicure chairs!!

I made an appointment-gal that did my nails did a horrible gel manicure. Polish lasted 2 days. Had an appointment for a pedicure and had to wait 20 minutes past appointment time. 2 different people did my pedicure-the one that painted then said she was just learning to do nails and told me the person who did my manicure was just learning-when asking more questions -she is being taught by someone at the place and does not have a state license yet . Pedicure polish lasted 2 days. $84 dollars spent and nothing stayed on.
