All inclusive, welcoming, professional environment with just the right amount of personality and love from the stylists. My husband scheduled an appointment for my birthday and everyone was all love. Helping my birthday feel special. Kim was also very conscious of my pain level as she was aware I have had spinal surgery. Recommend all day every day.

Tera-Marie is absolutely fantastic!!! I have had my two daughters’ hair (ages 4 and 7) done by her twice now and I couldn’t be more pleased. She is very patient with the girls. TeraMarie was amazing! Quickest and best sew in I’ve ever had, she only took about an hour and 15 minutes. It looks GORGEOUS, she told me how to keep up with it, and provided stellar service the whole time! Ive been looking for a good salon around here, and I’m so glad I found them. This was by far one of the worse experiences for my wife. My wife came home in tears, literally! All she wanted was her hair taken care of and straightened. The stylist really used a very small comb on my wife’s 35in 4b hair… plus their was braids still in the middle of her head being combed out!!!. Is this place serious? I pointed it out as soon as she came home with unfinished hair! Lastly, the complete shampoo-conditioner and silk press was $60s all together. My wife stated that she did not want to complete the service because the woman was freaking hurting her and talking about her negatively to another customer…. The stylist told her that her SHAMPOO treatment was $40s. How does that even add up? $40 shampoo-conditioner and a $20 silk press? Unprofessional. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible customer service, and terrible service. This is the short version of the story; and may be overlooked but know that this place could leave a bad taste in your mouth… exactly how it left us.

My daughter’s hair went through a phase of dryness where the ends were very tangled and brittle. I tried all the recommended products, changed her vitamins cut the ends and nothing changed. It’s even worse after swimming or simply getting her hair wet from the rain.
