Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityTERRIBLE experience. No wonder she made me pay in advance online and kept asking me before the appointment if I had already paid.I got “highlights” and she didn’t ask me what shade I wanted or gave me an opportunity to explain (had 2 other customers and we started 20 minutes late). I contacted her 30 minutes after I left her salon to tell her the color was too red on the highlights and the resolution she offered was for me to use purple shampoo. I did that and contacted her 2 days later with photos showing the problem wasn’t resolved and I asked her if she could fix it (hoping she would offer a no charge/low charge solution) and it would cost at least $55 to add a gloss.TERRIBLE experience.
