When I found myself in LA again, nearly 10 years after my last appt with Kim, I was ecstatic they were able to accommodate my cut and double process on such short notice. I was admittedly nervous about not being scheduled with Kim personally, but I left feeling like a goddess in the more than capable hands of Erin. She immediately understood my hair goals, met them 1000% and was such a delight to sit for. When I found myself in LA again, nearly 10 years after my last appt with Kim, I was ecstatic they were able to accommodate my cut and double process on such short notice.
