Loved my manicure and pedicure. I have ingrown nails on both my big toes and the lady who did my toes was great. There was 0 pain and she did such an amazing job! Highly recommend!

I hate writing reviews like this but my experince left me in tears. I went in to get acrylics removed and a manicure. They didn’t use any product or technique to remove my acrylics. They were ripping off the acrylics with nail clippers! If I wanted to brutally take off and ruin the acrylics I would have done so at home. I went in asking to give my nails a break and be cleaned up. They insisted I get gel nail polish and that it would be better then leaving my nails bare. I felt I didnt have a choice since they ruined my nails with clippers. I ended up leaving with gel nails I didn’t want. They were incredibly rigid that I had to refile and shape at home just so it looked presentatable. Now that the nail polish is chipping off my nails are breaking off dangerously short!

Visiting from out of town, I need to get my nails done / fixed. I was delighted to know Kim Salon & Nail offered “dip” services. They had my exact color match as well, which was wonderful. My nail tech was very gentle with my hands as I had a recent sprained pinky and a cracked nail. She did an amazing job and I will definitely be back the next time I visit.

I’ve been going to kims for years even after I moved to Brentwood i still make the trip out to get my nails done. Everyone there is incredible and extremely nice!

They have roaches… i went with my daughter to get a fill and pedicure… the bugs were running across the floor. The owner blamed it on the food restaurant next door. She brushed the roach with a towel she was using to do nails. We left with our nails undone. I would have given them a 0..

They are good in pedicure but not in manicure. They give me an old man to do my nails. This man is horrible at doing nails. I just had a manicure my hands look horrible I just wasted 85 bucks. People do not waste your time and money there it’s not worth it.

I have gone to both the Rodeo and Hercules locations for pedicures and have been impressed with the friendliness and care shown to me by Son (Rodeo) and Rose (both locations). The pedi includes lower leg massage and sea salt massage. The treatment is very relaxing and thorough and the color stays on until my next pedi. This is a great place to pamper yourself!
