I went here this past Saturday. I wanted red and green Christmas nails. My toes were done first with regular polish. When it came to the gel polish they could not find Christmas red. Everything was orange or pink tone. The owner, Kim, started talking to me in the foreign language she speaks in a terribly harsh tone. I saw some across the counter that looked like it matched and she yelled at me to get myself back. I was in tears and so embarrassed. Everyone was staring at me. I said I was sorry but they never tried to say they were sorry. They did not comfort me either. I tipped the man that did them, paid and left. I didn’t look at my nails until later and they are terrible. My 5 year old grandchild could have done a better job on my toes. My fingers feel rough and have bubbles. My thumb started peeling off the next day. I am also afraid of an infection because it smelled in the salon like mold. I did not see a sterilization done on tools. I also saw someone use my foot sink right after me without them cleaning it. Do not go there. I give it a 0.

My first visit to Kim Nails &Tan. The business was well decorated, and well staffed. Kim does walk-in only; no appointments. However my wait time was about only 8 minutes. The shop was moderately busy, and a number of vacant stations. I had Codi for my pedicure, and was very happy with the end results. She was very professional, kind and friendly. I will go back, and ask for Codi!

I am so glad I tried Kim Nails despite some older, bad reviews I had seen. The salon is very clean and I am VERY happy with their service. Michelle did my pedicure and did a great job. I requested Kim for my SNS as she did my nails the first I was there. She listens to my requests and gets my nails the shape I ask for. I don’t understand the previous reviews on Yelp that complained that the staff were rude. Everyone I have spoken to or overheard has been polite and friendly. I would recommend this salon to anyone!

I have given this place so many chances hoping for a different result which is stupid of me. You can show them with pictures in detail of what you want, explain it ten different times, and they still don’t listen. They will just give you whatever they want. Even if you speak up and keep telling them they’re wrong. I tried to tell her to stop one time so I could leave and have another salon fix it and they would not let me go.

Very rude , I love how it was 6:00pm and my mom who is usually a regular came in today on 8/29 her birthday , wearing her bday shirt and wanted to get a pedicure and manicure from you guys but you instantly told her no when she told you what services she wanted done ! You guys literally had no one in the shop … when my mom and I walk away two more customers asked us if y’all were open and we told them exactly what y’all told us “ No you’re too late “ .. but your store hours is set for 7 . If y’all want to close at 6 then adjust your hours do make up your own hours when you feel like it .. so unprofessional

I attempted to get a manicure at Kim Nails & Tan on 10/5/2022. They were not too very and got to work on my companion’s pedi almost immediately. I waited, and waited and waited. I did not even get an acknowledgement that I was there. I felt invisible. Finally, one of the workers told me that someone would be with me soon. I waited and waited. Than after about 45 minutes, I left. As Kim does not want my business – they can kiss off and I’ll find somewhere that does!! Shameful!!!
