Fast and impersonal service. Nail polish didn’t even cover nails completely leaving sharp ridge on top of nail. Feet were dry and still calloused after Pedi.

A little annoyed. Now me and my sister are here for her birthday. We came early (9:47am they open at 9:30am). In the chair by 9:54. So the woman photographed, was my nail tech. She rushed through everything. This is only my 5th time in life doing this (normally when on vacation) so I guess it’s a different expectation when they know you are from out of town. I chose what I normally get with the exfoliator and wrap. It’s wasn’t the fact it wasn’t done but it was the speed in which it was done. Right now my sister is still in her chair. Pedi done in 26 minutes… The Deluxe???

Kim’s Nails always does such a great job! They offer water on hot days. They have covid precautions and if you do not have a mask they will sell you one…a surgical mask for $2 or a designed cloth one for $5. I have been going there for just over 2 years and have never had a bad experience. I even bring in my own SNS colors which they use for me but they have a plethora of colors as well.

I went in for a simple eyebrow wax. A lady asked if I wanted them cleaned up or thin. I told her cleaned up, she proceeds ta make my eyebrows thin. I can’t even look at myself in the mirror. I just want my beautiful hispanic eyebrows back. I should have noticed the red flag when she kept calling them eye lashes. Never again. Waxing

Every time I’ve went there I’ve always come out happy. They’re usually quick and very polite as well. I’ve been to many salons but this one is always my go to when available. Also they used to be the cheapest services for me. They’ve went up a bit as of late but hey, everything is going up. Good service is expensive I guess. I’ll accept it lol.

They are usually pretty good here but today when I got my nails done they rushed through it an they don’t even look like the picture I showed them. First picture is what I wanted the second picture is what I got. 2 of the colors you can’t even tell them apart because you can’t see the colors. One is suppose to be purple an the other is suppose to be blue
