Critical: ProfessionalismMy daughter went to have her nails done here and they misunderstood her request. Once she realized they had misunderstood, she corrected them and they were very hateful and rude to her. They completed the job leaving a cut to her finger trying to rush and left her crying. They also called her “Brown Girl” referring to her skin color. I called to attempt to complain and she blew me off by saying she (my daughter) must have been having a bad day and that she got what she wanted. No ma’am, she wanted a nice manicure and a peaceful experience, not to leave crying. We will not be back! I know one review will not hurt your business but just to forewarn others of your unkind treatment of a child and the inability to admit that maybe you might have did something wrong. My daughter went to have her nails done here and they misunderstood her request. Once she realized they had misunderstood, she corrected them and they were very hateful and rude to her. Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy daughter and I went to have our nails done here. We have never had a issue before with them. They lady said to pick out the color we wanted and my daughter wanted several colors. When the lady realized that her comment was ” O god” very unprofessional. Her nails all have bubbles in them and pieces or specks of something in them. Half her fingers are painted and the lady didnt even wipe it off. My daughter and I went to have our nails done here. We have never had a issue before with them. They lady said to pick out the color we wanted and my daughter wanted several colors. When the lady realized that her comment was ” O god” very unprofessional. Her nails all have bubbles in them and pieces or specks of something in them. Half her fingers are painted and the lady didnt even wipe it off. I will never ever go here again.

At 15 dollars additional x 2 it would have been nice to know. Pedii’s given for myself and husband. Tee we check was rough and actually slapped my feet (I have neuropathy so sometimes my feet involuntarily arch). Masks and poor communication skills did not help.Husband got a manicure and came home with square, sharp edges. I waited. And waited. And waited with no explanation of when my nails could be done.
