Asked for designs and they acted as if they will do it and then they didn’t they sent me out woth unfinished nails. Also, they don’t look like they want to be there. Don’t waste your time or money. Manicure

The man has a nasty attitude. I was getting a mani/pedi by a new guy. No top coat on pedi; was getting gel and they wanted to charge extra $5 for cuticles. I stopped him and just paid for the pedi. Pedi looked like I did it myself. He said I always complain, dude, I’ve never complained, his wife usually service’s me, not the best but she does decent pedicure. These salons don’t have respect for people of color period! They will NEVER get anymore of my coins.

Had a wonderful experience today! I got my nails done and my 5 year old daughter got her nails painted. We both were happy and satisfied. I wasn’t sure of how to explain what I wanted because getting my nails done is new to me. They were patient and understand and took great care of me and my daughter! Definitely going back.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityEvery time that I have gone to Kim’s nails, I have felt as if i am a burden to them rather than a customer. I am always polite, saying please and thank you and always leaving a tip, yet all I have received from them is blank stairs and sharp tones. My most recent visit was to get my acrylic nails removed. The man literally rips them off and even after i verbally say “ouch” he still continues to do so which in the end made my nails very sore. The customer service is, simply put, horrible. Every time that I have gone to Kim’s nails, I have felt as if i am a burden to them rather than a customer. I am always polite, saying please and thank you and always leaving a tip, yet all I have received from them is blank stairs and sharp tones. My most recent visit was to get my acrylic nails removed. I walked into the salon and the male at the counter told me to take a seat for my fill. I asked “who” was going to do my nails and he said he would do it. I asked it the woman in the office could do my nails and he said no. I started walking to his chair and he told me to get out. OMG, I have NEVER in my life been thrown out of a business. I asked him why he was throwing me out, he said, “because you don’t want me to do your nails for you”. I told him that I prefer a woman to so my nails because men tend to be too rough, but if he is the only one here I was going to have them done.
