Always love my nails when I leave here! Everyone does a really good job. One time I got jewels and realized the next day I didn’t like them. Uh oh!! So I went back and they redid those nails without jewels FOR FREE. Then one time I messed up my nails the day after and I I went back and they fixed them again for free. Super nice. Awesome place. A friend and I went on a Tuesday afternoon without appointments. We were welcomed to wait. I had a regular manicure and my friend had a Mani/Pedi. The service was thorough and friendly. The salon is clean and the employees were competent. However, the prices on the menu are old! The price for my manicure was listed at $17 but I was charged $22. The owner told me the prices have been increased but they haven’t changed the store price list. Unacceptable! I was very disappointed. It is definitely not ok and unprofessional to deceive clients like this. My polish starting chipping 2 days later.

I’ve come a few times and every time I love my nails. Le is my go to, she works super hard to make sure my nails are high quality. She does gorgeous designs and I leave every time super satisfied. My nails always last at least two weeks, and the only time I broke a nail , Le repaired it free of charge the next day. The acrylic full sets are super inexpensive. Kim’s has definitely become my go to salon.

I’ve been coming to Kim’s for several months now to get my lashes done. Le does a beautiful job and I get so many compliments. Today I also had a pedicure and it was a wonderful experience. Le transformed my momma bear paws and claws into lady’s feet. The massage chairs are fabulous and the atmosphere there is so relaxing. It’s like a mini vacation – the perfect stress buster!

They are great! Le designed my nails second go round! They are all very talented & have integrity. The first round I didn’t really like my nails; it didn’t capture the picture I showed. I didn’t want to say anything to keep peace & not complain, but they reached out & I expressed my dissatisfaction & they said I could have a redone without charge. I called and needed my nails done badly, no one answered but I received a call back 30 minutes later this was at 8:45am. She was so professional asking me what services I needed and stated she could provide. Not only did she get me in that day she got me in at 9:30am appointment when I started I could not do the 10:15am as she first started due to me having to be at work.
