I went in to do nails done and I noticed that my little toe nail was half done!! When I got my nail done the girl made me bleed. I love my nails got get wrong but the lady should have had more grace when working with edges of the finger nail. I hope it doesn’t cause an infection from the Dremel

A friend recommended and said they were middle grade for nail salons but this was the Worst mani/pedi I’ve ever gotten, after cutting and filing my nails they didn’t have me rinse my hands/nails off and continued to apply acrylic, therefore under my acrylics were nail file dust which is not cute and gross!! Very disappointing! Paid $105 not including tip and had nail dust all over my nails & didn’t even get enough coats on my toe nails & they didn’t even ask if I wanted more, like most salons do, Will not be returning. Very disappointed, Big thumbs down.

I won’t ever be back here unfortunately.today was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. The woman who did my nails was rude ,hardly acknowledged me and rudly tapped me when trying to get my attention.she did one coat.my nails are crooked ,misshaped .it was supposed to be coffin shape and looks terrible .the price was so high ,I can’t beleive I payed for this .some of my nails are actually pointing upwards .I am so dissapointed

Critical: QualityMy reference photo vs what I got⬇️I went in with a group of friends and none of us left happy, after being assured that she could do this design easily, the nail artist went ahead to give my the wrong size tips, place several of the crooked, and cut my finger while filling the nails. The paint job was sloppy and she was very rude towards me when I started to say she wasn’t doing the design I wanted. Awful customer service. Went in wanting a simple black and white square full set. Walked out with a bubbly flat nail set and they look like s**t. What a waste of money. I have pretty cut up hands due to a medical condition & I’m positive multiple times they were laughing at me. I will never be back. Acrylic nails
