I love this place! They are very good at what they do. My only complaint is the main guy there (I should know his name but I don’t) is always grumpy or something. I’ve only seen him happy with one client and he was like giddily happy. So I know he’s capable of it. But then that all goes away when he starts working on me or anyone else. Part of being a nail technician, is being friendly. I know because I used to be one. There is one delightful younger girl that is very sweet, I usually see her doing pedicures. All in all, this is a great nail salon…. By far the best in Orem.

So so happy I finally found my favorite place to get my nails done! Mia is so so sweet and did an amazing job on my toes. And I wish I could remember the girls name who did my nails but she was equally as sweet. Loved everyone who works here they even gave me some fruit to try! Highly recommend!

I’ve been going here about 6 months after trying several different places. Kim Nails is seriously the best! I’ve had only one chipped nail and they fixed it that same day for free. Amazing customer service. I always get chips when I’ve gone to other place but only the one time here.

I had a great experience here. They were very quick to acknowledge me and get me seated with a nail tech. My full set acrylics are beautiful and very well done. The nail tech was quick but very precise on my nails. They look lovely! I am very happy with how well they turned out!
