I think the tech did a wonderful job of the foil placement on my gel nails, but I do wish the nails were rounded (filed better) because every single one is almost uneven. The main reason for my 3 stars is that I didn’t feel welcomed and almost felt like she was kinda snapping at me. I look online for simple yet elegant designs and picked this place for that purpose. Maybe if I had a different tech I would’ve had a better experience.

I strongly suggest Kim, Phoebe, or the younger girl with two kids (sorry can’t remember her name).Yesterday was my most recent visit, and I left an even happier customer than before. I forgot to make an appointment, so I got someone who doesn’t normally do my nails, but they were doing an excellent job.But I asked for my nails shorter than normal, and they expressed that they might not be as pointed. I was willing to sacrifice the point, so I could get the desire length… But the owner seen him doing my nails, and asked if she could finish them. She looked at me and said “I know you”, she reshape them, and they were perfect! I got the exact length and shape I wanted. And I couldn’t of asked for a better experience.Thank you so much Kim! First time back in several years. Tommy took great care of me and did my nails perfectly. Best they have looked in a long while. He even did a color test to show me what the color looks like out of bottle. Extremely satisfied with my service.

So I’ve been coming to this nail salon for awhile and I feel they are very judgmental and do not make you feel welcome. I got confused on my appointment and came on the wrong day, which they we’re very rude about and wouldn’t even look me in my face and just said no you’re wrong. They rush through your nails as well. I felt very annoyed when a black lady came in and they told her they couldn’t take anyone else and that she couldn’t make an appointment. BUT when a white lady came in they never told her they couldn’t take her and just told her to pick a color. Keep in mind it was only 6:00pm. They definitely play favorites and do not treat people equally. I’ve recommended this place to some of my friends and it’s pretty embarrassing when they tell me they did not have a good experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve had my nails done here for several years and love this place! Sometimes it takes a while because they are busy but they do a great job with both manicures and pedicures. I usually do gel polish, which allows me to leave as soon as I’m done without waiting to dry.
