Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went there three days ago to get gel nails, i worked all weekend and on day two my nails started peeling on both sides. I went back to tell her to fix my nails and she said “I only fix the two.” I said excuse me all of them are chipped? Then I said you know give me a refund she said no refund. Then I said okay then do my nails.. she peeled them off roughly. Then she took the same polish that peeled off and started painting my nails and I objected to that and she simply told me to get out. I said well I’ve paid money and you are putting something on these nails. She then continued to roughly file my nails and she even filed my cuticles to the point where two of my fingers were bleeding? She basically was super angry that she had to redo the nails and accused me of using some chemicals that made them lift. Gel polish should not lift in three days. Period. They also wanted to charge me $115 for both these nails listed and a pedicure. There nails are not the best at all I suggest going somewhere elseService: Acrylic nails
