Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueAbsolute nightmare. The tech had an attitude and did an awful job and then didn’t want to fix them. I look like a witch (not in a cute way.)They are thick and bulky, he used his nails to remove some of the excess from under my nails.. didn’t have me wash my hands in between. They are crooked and messy. He cut me as well from filing them so hard and I was bleeding. He didn’t even acknowledge that. My nails are super sore hours later… he left glue on my fingers and didn’t get the acrylic mess underneath either. Shoddy job all around. He rushed through it like he was in such a hurry. Looked around at other people constantly instead of paying attention to my nailsHe left polish from the color he changed and it looks nasty. The shape is supposed to be almond. These are like a birds beak!Will never return.He originally told me $55 and I said something and then he changed it to $50? He said he could not do my reference photo off the bat. Then I PAYED extra for coffin shape and these are just ab as square as they come. I went back and someone else fixed them for free & put another coat. Very nice about the whole situation except he didn’t take his time. Acrylic nails

I went to Kim nails bc it’s closer to me and did not like the service at ALL ! The guy who did my toes charge me 50. Cen per toenail to CLIP and I didn’t have any acrylic on my feet (which I would’ve done at home or in my car before I came) After I used my card there I’ve been having so many weird accounts attempting to charge it. And it led up to my account being suspended, in regards to that I had to basically get a new account. James normally did my nails and toes when I was there now that he’s no longer working there is literally no reason to go. Service is POOR.! Highly upset.

On Yesterday A Guy name DON did my my pedicure an he did an amazing job, he took his time an didn’t rush through an I love that an would definitely recommend him also he was gentle an kind I will definitely look for him from now on every time I go❣️ oh an it was an hour before I got seen bt it was worth it an I know now not to go on busy days like Fridays! They over charged me. When I went back. thinking she thought I got gell polish on my toes she said up charged i didnt get nothing extra my nails were 45 and toes 35 , 80 dollars right no she charged me 85 and I gave her a 5 dollar tip. I told her to give me my tip back won’t be going back there

The nail tech was very rude with a attitude and did a poor job.When I asked her about correcting my nails she told me “No she is done with me”after she took my payment.Please don’t spend your hard earn money at this rude salon.I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years, I’ve never been this unsatisfied.I filed a payment dispute and I won’t never be back.

Most disgusting customer service I have ever received. The first time I used this place I asked for a pedicure and a full set. Pedicure was average but the acrylic nails looked so terrible I had to ask the guy to re do them FOUR times. The fourth time they still looked so terrible I just couldn’t leave looking like that. I finally had to go to the manager and he agreed to fix them. Second time using this place I asked for the deluxe pedicure which is $40. The man doing it rushed through it so fast I was in and out of the store within 25 minutes that includes the time I waited and dried my toenails. None of the services listed on the paper were done for me. When I called to explain to the manager what had happened I was yelled at extensively when I asked for my service to be refunded or either re done the right way. He yelled in face and then hung the phone up on me. Absolutely terrible. Will never ever use this horrid place again.
