Horrible!!! I should have drove to the place I normally go too I only needed a quick overlay so my real nails don’t break. Yet they cut them down to nothing!! I also got charged the same price I pay when I get tips! How is that possible? This looks like I let my toddler put play nails on me for pretend. Please spend your hard earned money where it’s worth it!!! Will never come back or suggest this place to anyone!

This place deserves a zero after today! I’ve been coming to this nail shop for over 10 years. I admit they don’t have the best customer service, especially when the owner is not there but some of the nail techs do really good nails. I sat for about 25 minutes waiting for a nail tech to become available and when one did she took another walk in before me ( I’m assuming that she does the lady’s nails often because they spoke to each when she walked in). No she did not have an appointment, I asked. I guess the nail tech saw the look on my face so tells me another nail tech will be available in about 5 minutes. I asked why she couldn’t do my nails since I was here before the other walk in and she told me “if I take you then she is going to have to wait longer.” I was in so much disbelief that I just left. After what I experienced today I will NEVER go back!!

I am a really picky client and i got a full set and pedi. Although the nail tech wasnt able to do exactly what i wanted she suggested alternatives and was extremely patient with me when i was indecisive.. im being polite about how picky i am so overall i had a wonderful experience and a full set of royally acceptable nails.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I definitely would.. They are the complete absolute worst the lady had an okay attitude at first but then she started rushing through my nails like she had somewhere more important to be.. I noticed a couple of my nails we’re not smooth they were Lumpy and had bubbles. So I asked her to fix it and she was trying to tell me there was nothing wrong with it and once I told her that I would not pay her if my nails were not right she started speaking in her language and laughing at me.. Overpriced. Square round nails pushed off as coffin that I asked for, for an increase in price. Clerk also said upcharge for extra long nails. $45 these hv grown out a bit but still not long by no means. I tried them once and was too many so I won’t go back. Did my brows too and shape was horrible. Says because I was missing hair on my brow. I’ve never had an issue before and I fixed it myself at home $54 too much for poor results

A great place for a pedicure, but make sure the nail tech follows your cost you are willing to pay. I chose the $40 after I told the owner. She did extra and charge me $60. No tip because I gave the owner the cost I was willing to pay. No fair to impose on your customers. If I didn’t have the extra funds it would have been on her.

The nail tech was nice but her skills was horrible. I felt rushed and over charged for work in the better neighborhood is the basic package. I would never go back for over price and terrible experience. My 7 year old could do better. And when you say something they act they don’t speak English. Horrible Horrible experience I will stay where you get better service in Lilburn.

I visited like usually but when I entered the premises there was a very foul smell. I almost lost my food so I walked out after asking if they could stay something. This is the worst place I’ve ever been. After having to get my toes redone the NEXT day the gel polish on my nails only lasted 2 days At that point i was just over it. Over priced with a poor quality of work. Never will be returning. 0 stars if i could.
