I came in with a powder gel manicure on from another place, they all swarmed around me like they’ve never seen this before. The man removing my nails looked confused throughout the ENTIRE removal process. It was a disgusting sticky mess, not to mention the fact that he hit 4 different fingers with the drill that they use to remove. The manicure was all over my hands- I had to excuse myself to wash my hands because it felt uncomfortable. Had I known that this ridiculous process was an EXTRA $10, I would not have accepted the service and went elsewhere. After this experience of them removing my powder gel manicure, thankfully a more experienced nail tech took over and finished my nails. They charged me $35 for a REGULAR GEL MANICURE. I thought that was expensive for a regular gel manicure but I didn’t say anything. Afterwords I called them to ask how much they charge for a gel manicure and she said $25. I asked them “why was I charged $35 then”? and the woman said “for removing the nails”. They charged me an extra $10 WITHOUT TELLING ME. Somebody should have told me this before they started. She said they were lifting, but, she had to pry off my nails, hurt my nail beds used a liquid that burned my nails. Then she charged me $75.00. Didn’t speak to me in English. Walked away speaking Japanese. Shaddy business practice. Don’t go here.Service: Acrylic nails

Even tho I said it hurt they ignored me. I understand the language barrier so with the nail art I showed her a step by step which she ignored.
