Paid 45 for this hot mess. Left in tears both times I went here Because of how bad. Never again. Please someone point me in the direction of quality work in the area.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueWell, I just moved near Belle Vernon and I decided to give Kim’s a shot with my roommate. First, her and I had an appointment, we sat and waited for 20-30 extra minutes PASSED our time we scheduled for. After we were taken, the lady performing my nails, had not a single idea on how to do my nails. Mind you, it’s a simple design. Glitter tips with clear/pink polish underneath for an Ombré look. She asked me how to do almost everything. As if I was the nail tech and she was in the chair as MY customer. I made it known, I was not very happy, my nails were uneven, dryed and cut up and the paint was not completed to the standards of $55.00 worth. I’ve never paid this much for this simple design. Also, 5 days later, I lost 2 nails and one nail actually removing a good majority of my skin. Well, I just moved near Belle Vernon and I decided to give Kim’s a shot with my roommate. First, her and I had an appointment, we sat and waited for 20-30 extra minutes PASSED our time we scheduled for.
