I’ve been going to Kim Nails for many years, just part of my summer routine. I was away this past year and had to (gasp!) get my nails done elsewhere. I just moved back and a visit to Kim Nails was at the top of my list to do list. So nice to see Kim and Lena again, and my toes look fabulous. Lesson: Sometimes you need to go away for a while so that you really appreciate what you had all along.

When I lived in East Providence, I used to go to Kim constantly. However I haven’t been there in a while decided to go and get an acrylic set she completely rushed my set and was rude when I tried to make conversation. My nails were bulky and uneven. I’m sad because she was never like this. Will never go back.

I can’t find any other nail salon that does my nails as beautifully as Kim and Leena. Besides their welcoming atmosphere, kindness, and how accommodating they are, my nails NEVER break, lift, or chip. Kim always does her absolute best to bring my ideas to life, and executes them with perfection. I just went to get a pedicure 2 days ago..& now i have a defection on my toes. She did not clean the chairs, i didn’t see her use a new package of nail clipper items. Never coming again!! Pedicure

Went to Kim nails about 4 times. Kim is wonderful but I will not be going again because she had 4 customers and her sister kept going in the back on her phone after doing one thing and then come back and still head down in her phone on Facebook. All while Kim had to do all the work and it took so long and she had to rush to get 4 people done with no help. Kim is such an amazing worker I would definitely recommend when she is not busy because the sister all ways leaves

This was my first time in town and was highly recommend and I have no idea why this place seems so great bu5 I wasn’t happy at all. Im pretty sure kim did my nails and they were very thick. I paid $60 for not so great job. The french was not done well it made my nail extra thick. Poorly shaped. Had to go elsewhere to get them fixed. Not planning on returning
