Critical: QualityKim herself does great nails. Her employee, specifically the man, always rushes. Every time he’s done my nails, the acrylic is lumpy and he doesn’t even prep the nail correctly. I’ve been getting my nails done for 7 years and going here doesn’t make it fun anymore. I get cut and I leave with horrible nails. Yes, I could’ve said something. But the way you get pushed out as soon as someone walks in, is insane. They don’t give you time to complain. I was missing one nail and he charged me for a full set. Out of all the salons I’ve been too, I’ve never been charged for a full set when I was missing one. I was so upset with my nails this time that I just soaked them off 3 days later at home. Come to find out, there was fungus under the nail that HE FIXED. I only come to this salon for convenience but after this past time, I won’t be returning and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone. I think its pretty messed up that you can’t make an appointment, because that means you get rushed out for the next customer. Kim herself does great nails. Her employee, specifically the man, always rushes. Every time he’s done my nails, the acrylic is lumpy and he doesn’t even prep the nail correctly. The salon is very clean and zen like, she makes you feel comfortable. What I was most impressed with is how they treat their elderly customers, they show patients and much respect. Ive been going to Kim’s nail and Salon for years. Kim and her employees are helpful and professional. The salon is very clean and zen like, she makes you feel comfortable. What I was most impressed with is how they treat their elderly customers, they show patients and much respect. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs nails done. Lastly, she has a wide variety of colors to chose from. 🙂

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueReally enjoyed some much needed girl time with a friend at Kim’s salon. We both got full sets of acrylics with gel polish and designs for $120. Well worth the price for the friendly and quality job our nail techs did.Services: Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

I always get a full set with gel polish, and somehow the gel always seems to peel or the nails will break 2 days later. The owner, kim, is very judgemental and talk about the customers. Also, kim is the only nail tech that in my opinion has enough experience; however, she doesn’t value her customers. I always get a full set with gel polish, and somehow the gel always seems to peel or the nails will break 2 days later. The owner, kim, is very judgemental and talk about the customers. The nail polish was not applied professionally, she gave me acrylic instead of jell and this last visit she actually had 3of my nails bleeding from her not knowing how to use the electric filler. They burned once Kim the owner came and took over. I paid more money for a full set acrylic nails than I have ever paid and I never wanted acrylic. I wasn’t compensated she never offered any type of discount. She’s rude to her customers and she doesn’t keep normal hours anymore.
