Went to this place first time and I wasn’t impressed. Some kid was working on my feet and I had to keep telling him how to cut my cuticles. When he put the nail polish, he left maybe 2 millimeters space between the nail and the skin. I kept telling him to put the nail polish all the way but he didn’t, probably because he doesn’t speak English. Went there for the second time because they were the closest and it was rush hour, so I decided to give them one more chance. Same thing, same kid, who didn’t even properly prepared my nails for coloring, didn’t cut my cuticles again (he did tried, but very sloppy job) and I kept telling him to cut my cuticles, he did not. After he finished filing my nails, there were all uneven and and really badly filed. Oh, I forgot to mention how he removed my red nail polish from my nails… he left my hands all red from the old nail polish, and I was hoping that he will remove it maybe later, he didn’t. I took the file from him and filed my own nails while he was watching me, then, I guess he didn’t want to deal with me anymore because I was requesting a proper job, some lady came and start doing my nails from the beginning including the cuticles, but she didn’t properly prepared my nails either so after a two days, A TWO days, my nails looked like I didn’t do them for few weeks. Third day, I removed the color and now I have to do it myself. Also, pedicure is horrible. They don’t remove the dead skin from the soles, they only file it for a moment and they put that lotion, I guess to camouflage the bad job. So disappointed. For $32 plus tip, it’s not worth the frustration, believe me.
