Needed a pedicure and came to the closet place, Kim Le’s Nails. As I walked in they ask me what I wanted and they didn’t take my temperature like the sign says but they did ask me to wash my hands which was good. The woman who did my pedicure did an awesome job and was very thorough. Thanks

The pictures given didn’t match the outcome. Besides that the man was super rough and hurt my fingers. The nails didn’t match my finger size and they were crooked. My daughter was getting her nails done at the same time and hers came out even worst. We will not be going back there ever again. I wish I could get a refund.

i got simple dip powder nails done here a while ago by the guy that works there , and their service wasnt as good as i expected. the design on one of the nails on my left hand was messed up, one of them popped off, and he was very rough and aggressive with my hands. he cut two of my fingers cuticles with the nail drill and did nothing about the bleeding. the nails were pretty and stayed on for about 2 weeks which is why im giving them more than one star, but they need better employees who take their time and care with clients hands.

This is the only place i went to for years; but they have changed ownership and made changes I don’t believe are for the better. When I sat down for a pedicure, usually a relaxing and enjoyable experience, my manicure was done at the same time. I was made to sit in awkward and uncomfortable positions while the manicure was completed, and my nails were left rough and crusty around the nail bed, and were nowhere comparable to what I had experienced before. Needless-to-say, I will not go back!

Have been here a couple times in the past but will never go back again. Was greeted by a lady working with a customer, she handed me the color options. Then a man came from the back and took those options and told me Powder. I said no I do not want powder, he said “yes, new set and powder”, before he even looked at my nails. I said no again, chose a color and he went to the back wall, and brought back a jar of powder. I walked out.

I loved Jenny at this nail salon. We are new in town so I did a lot of looking around before coming here. I got gel manicure done, it was not rushed at all and she took her time finding the exact shade for my French that I wanted so I appreciated that. They came out classic and beautiful! Will definitely make this me go-to place here in San Angelo!
