Was charged $65 which is somewhat normal for acrylics but that’s not my main problem. I got basic nails and they couldn’t even do that. Cut my fingers while doing my nails and switching between customers. I wanted to get my nails done to look cute for Easter but nope boy was I wrong when I chose this place. I wouldn’t recommend, way over charged for what they gave me. Not to mention they make you pay before they do your nail, if you’re an avid nail getter than you know what that means. I just wanted to get some flowers on my nails and they couldn’t even do that. It looks like something from SpongeBob.

Staff was friendly and service was quick! They were busy when we arrived, but the waiting area was comfortable and they checked in frequently to update us on how long. The service itself was quick and the lotion smells really nice lol Acrylic nails

It was my first time there. I got coffin cut ,blue cats eye polish. I paid $60 and gave a$5 tip The price is average for full set .They were polite and did a good job. I’ve heard good and bad things about this place but that’s true of everywhere. I didn’t get anything fancy and extra this time. I’m pleased and will go back. Its not in a good area but don’t let that stop you have going to get your nails done there .I’m giving 4stars because I’m new to this salon

I’ve been getting my nails done here for almost 8 months. Very nice place clean and kid friendly. The owners are very pleasant, they are always very welcoming. As long as I live here in Holyoke, Ma Kim Lee Nails will be where I continue to get my nails done.. I love this place !!!

A bit pricey for a fill and design but love my nails. Lee is very friendly and is great with his designs. There are certain things I wanted that they dont do. For example no gel coat. But I like how we get our own care box.

I came from ct just to try out and i will be going back. The prices are great. I paid 40 for gel and design on all nails when most salons charge that much for just the gel. I was impressed with how quick and accurate she did my design!! Ill def be back in 2 wks

So the fill is close and the shape amazing. Here’s the issues: cheap acrylic that lifts within hours, lying and telling ppl opi shine is gel, it’s a reg polish you’re paying $10 for. Real gel must be drilled off fake nails and leaves no color on drill bit. It also has to be set with a led/uv light not a fan bc it never dries down. Overpriced and changes price depending on the business they did that day/week. $40 for a fill but $10 is advertised. Their rude and lie. They expect you not to know no better. Save your time drive out of the area
