I was so pleased with the service and attention to detail. Pleasant and relaxing environment. As a single parent it’s hard to find the time for me so, when I do, I want to be worth my time and hard earned money. Today was my first visit and will definitely make this my go to place. Very unprofessional place. Made appointments for 3 of us and we walk in to two nail technicians working on other people. There was no acknowledgement of our appointments and time. You are told to wash your hands before selecting a polish and all the bottles are sticky. We ended up leaving and going to a more professional establishment.

Lee always does an excellent job on my fingernails. He takes his time and they last a long time. Kim’s pedicures do too! Kim waxes my eyebrows the way I like them done. She doesn’t make them thin . She is continually making improvements on her shop. Thanks Lee and Kim for the great job! I always get compliments on my fingernails. I almost forgot, Lee can draw just about any design on your nails… very talented !

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy 4 year old and I was told to come back at 1 to 2pm so we came back at 12:40pm and saw 1 car and we got excited to only get told by the barefoot unprofessional worker woman, I’m not doing anymore today. Never will I come back, we deserve the best and I was trying to spend the most. Thank you for showing me your true colors on my first visit.
