Ms. Lee is truly an expert in her field! She knows all of the pressure points and does great deep tissue techniques. The room was clean and inviting with relaxing music playing. I can’t believe I received so much therapy for such little cost. I am a martial artist and work out several times a week. I am adding this to my regular routine. I’ve been here a few times. Detailed massage with a heavy touch, she definitely works your muscles. Not the most professional or upscale place no perky greeting or aromatherapy scents (it’s no Massage Envy) and she will answer the phone during your visit. Make sure they book and schedule your appt. My most recent visit wasn’t scheduled in the book although I talked with someone. (Rushed phone call as she was with someone) I was very annoyed. Owner came to my car and asked me to wait. She had called someone in. Yay me! I got my massage.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI walked in and no one was there. Then a unkept woman walked in with street clothes asking if I had an appointment. She proceeded to talk but presented as though she was high on some kind of substance and almost literally fell asleep while talking to me. I was very uncomfortable and left immediately!

My son treated me to a massage at this place for Mother’s Day and it was PHENOMENAL!! I love the fact that they’re open on Sundays, with late hours, closing at 8pm. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive, and my masseuse was able to loosen up some very stiff muscles in my back and neck, which had been causing me some physical issues for quite some time. I will not only be returning, but I will also be referring friends as well. GREAT PLACE FOR RELAXATION!!!

I wasn’t impressed. Me and my daughter were getting massages for her birthday.. They double booked and the girl who did my daughter cheated her out of 15 minutes but still charged the full price. I won’t be going back!

She scheduled an appointment with me and when I arrived to her shop she told me that she was unable to do the massage. She stated she scheduled another appointment and she works alone. She never call to cancel the appointment. I drove thirty minutes to the appointment. I will never go back to her shop again.
