Kim did a great job on my eyebrows! I previously had my eyebrows Micro shaded at another spa, long story short they were awful and I had to go to Kim to correct them. I really loved and appreciated her honesty. Kim made me feel really comfortable throughout the process and the snacks and drinks that she provided helped. lol. This lady was awesome. I got eye liner done. I was nervous but she comforted me and told me everything was going to be okay. I was one of her first customers for permanent makeup. It has been over 10 years. I cried afterward. I questioned what I had done. The pain was more than I expected But Kim assured me everything was okay and I would love it. Oh how right she was.
