Critical: QualityI had my hair highlighted the old way thru the cap. Ms. Kim totally messed my hair up. .. It’s not highlights it’s pretty much a yellow blonde all over .. When she trimmed it she cut part of my long hair on one side.. now my Bangs are way to far over on one side.. I have to hairspray those hairs down now since they’re so short. I cried. Literally. Haven’t bleached my hair in over ten years and this is what I got. I am so sad. I went back the next day and showed her. Asked to meet me down the middle and wanted only half back. She’s very good, I use to go to her with I was younger and since I couldn’t get anyone else I decide to go back to her and she’s still very good. The next day I took my daughter and she did good with her hair too.
