The owner was very nice to us, and the communication between the masseuses and us made the experience perfect. I have a back injury that forces me to fidget often, and we were able to work around it without any hiccups. My masseuse was also able to hit a lot of the smaller supporting muscles that inevitably get unbalanced during daily activity, and ultimately I walked out feeling like I was on a vacation. Today I had a couples massage, 2 hours. Let me tell you, this was the most incredible massage I have had, period. The owner was very nice to us, and the communication between the masseuses and us made the experience perfect. I have a back injury that forces me to fidget often, and we were able to work around it without any hiccups. The worst experience ever. The therapist didn’t know what she was doing. It almost felt I was her first client ever. Would never recommend this place to anyone! On top of everything else- it was super cold and they didn’t even have any elevation for my head once I was turned.

This place is amazing! I think this is only the second google review I have ever written but my experience was so wonderful I had to spread the good word. I went there for the first time today after my boyfriend surprised me with an appointment and it was the best massage experience I have ever had. The atmosphere was relaxing from start to finish, and the owner and my therapist were both so kind. Not to mention the massage itself was amazing. I will definitely back!!

Very relaxing from the very start of the booking process. Easy to book online. It is a bit hidden when getting there. It’s tucked away in a non descript business center. It’s not huge, but it’s just perfect enough. Prices are the most reasonable anywhere and they are the best massage place in the area. The owner gets to know each of his clients and actually remembers you the next time you walk in. He asks what your preferences are and matches you with the perfect therapist. Great couples massage room. They don’t rush to get you undressed and ready before or after the session. Therapists there are the best I’ve had. Very attentive to your needs.

We chose a couples massage just for a getaway. From front door to massage session to the goodbyes the experience was fabulous and warm. Excellent service and such beautiful attitudes and energy. This place is amazing. I go to Kila’s to use the infrared sauna and the owner makes me feel so welcome every time I’m there. I have to use the sauna for health reasons/detox and he is always checking to see how things are going. He’s knowledgeable and he wants to help. I’ve been to plenty of wellness centers to use an infrared sauna. This place is different. I don’t feel like it’s all about memberships or add ons or any of that. This place cares and it’s beautiful and relaxing inside. Big fan.

I was so glad to find Kila! I had been looking for a local spa that has an infrared sauna and was not having luck and then I stopped by Kila. It is a lovely, relaxing place with plenty of parking. Ash, the owner, is kind and helpful and really cares about his customers’ experiences. Memberships are offered for good deals. Many services are offered from massage to sauna to facials and lash extensions! Grateful to have a local business be such a great place to visit.
