Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been going to Kiki for about 10years now (wow! Can’t believe this) and she’s the best in threading! Period! I’ve been to different parts of the bay area and even out of state, but i keep coming back to her. I’m glad we got stationed back in the area! I always get compliments from people because of my eyebrows being perfectly shaped and I send them to Kiki and they say it’s been life changing. Not only she’s the best in threading, but she also charge at a very reasonable price, actually cheaper compared to other threading salons. Kiki is the sweetest and most sincere person you’ll ever meet! Great customer service, and best threading quality for a cheap price! I’ve been going to Kiki for about 10years now (wow! Can’t believe this) and she’s the best in threading! Period! I’ve been to different parts of the bay area and even out of state, but i keep coming back to her. I’m glad we got stationed back in the area! I always get compliments from people because of my eyebrows being perfectly shaped and I send them to Kiki and they say it’s been life changing. Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI needed to get my arms waxed ASAP and I usually go to a different place that is further way but they were closed on Monday so I decided to come here. big mistake. I entered the place and it was nice, then they took me to the back. It was not nice. I sat down and the drawers of wax stuff was unorganized and the station was not clean. The lady kept double dipping the same popsicle stick into the wax bowl and I was shocked. There was also a fly in the room. The lady missed several spots and just wanted to get the job done fast. Next time I will drive the distance to my usual place. She also applied a lot of oil on me and it got all over my car. I needed to get my arms waxed ASAP and I usually go to a different place that is further way but they were closed on Monday so I decided to come here. big mistake. Critical: QualityI visited Ki ki brows yesterday for eye brow threading. The owner(lady) started doing my brows & said I will charge extra for your brows. Which to my knowledge was weird. When I was done & went ahead to check out..I heard she said the same thing to another customer. The owner is charging extra from every customer without any reason.Beware of her and know she’s just acting smart and trying to exploit clients in such times to earn money from limited customers. Shame on such people who aren’t honest to their business & exploit people.
