I gave them 2 stars because the final outcome for my granddaughter’s hair was nice. However, their customer service was not great, their approach with the younger clients (age 4 & 7) did not give I want you as a continued customer, and the young lady was intentionally (in my opinion) rough. We will not return.

Men please be careful when you take your 11 year old daughters to get their hair done. They charged me $180 for a medium box braid plus I had to buy the hair. 3 packs for $20 which they only used 2 packs. BEWHERE OF OVER PRICING AT THAT PLACE. I WILL NEVE GO THERE AGAIN.

Been going here for a little over a year now to get my daughter’s hair braided. After going for some time there was a mishap with one of the stylist that left a very bad taste in my mouth. I did discuss it with the owner & decided to stick with the salon as they have talented stylists who appear to do good work. I was matched with a new stylist named Shelly & she has been awesome since she stated braiding my daughter’s hair. On time, professional & if she’s not available I’m alerted. I’ve referred my friend to her & my son recently sat in her chair & was satisfied. There’s talent in the salon. But if you decide to go check with Shelly!

Positive: Quality, ValueI visited all the way from CT. My hair stylist (donique) for the day was very quick and efficient. A style that would normally take 5 hours was done in 3. She also was very nice and professional. I will be taking the trip to her every time I need braids or twist because it is worth it. Everyone in the shop literally braids fast and neat! I visited all the way from CT. My hair stylist (donique) for the day was very quick and efficient. A style that would normally take 5 hours was done in 3. She also was very nice and professional. As soon and I walked in she greeted me and washed my hair, when she proceeded to do my hair she made sure that it was the desired length and size I wanted. I was just inquiring about getting my daughters hair done and the girl in the first chair decided to speak her mind and said “ I’m not doing her hair”. Like if you don’t like your job you don’t have to work there. I did not come in with an attitude. The girl is very unprofessional, her comment was not necessary. Again great hair salon it’s the one unprofessional girl that works in the first chair. Ann Marie, what can I say….gentle hands. She has done both my daughter’s hair and they were very happy with the results. Every hair braiding salon they go to they say their hair is to tight and it hurts. Ann Marie braids are very neat. She is very polite and she talked my daughter’s through the whole process. She really know how to handle tender headed children.
