I come here often I get whoever is available. Only one time the person made me feel like I shouldn’t go there anymore. She told me that my daughter wouldn’t look good with bangs and then refuse to do layers on her. She gave her the hair cut she wanted. With my son, Joe is very nice and listen to what I want..
