I’ve always had a great experience here! My 3 kids have been seeing rose over 8 yrs I want to say. Took my 4yo for her first haircut ever and I was beyond Happy with rose’s work! We even had my daughter’s hair styled after the cut ❤️

Our son had his second haircut at the kidsnips in Wilmette. We are so happy with the overall results and experience. Our stylist name is Stella! She is fantastic! She made the experience easy and relaxed. She has cartoons on in the background, but really tries to interact and make our son laugh and play. She takes the time to talk with us parents too! We will be coming back here for sure!

I came for my daughters first haircut and the whole experience was so wonderful and wildly exceeded my expectations. They make the kids feel so comfortable and our stylist Rosie was warm, sweet and very talented. I was expecting a little hang trim and I’m so impressed with the quality and style of the cut. They get to pick a toy at the end and start to finish it was wonderful experience. Can’t recommend this place enough

All I wanted to tell the management was the difference between our 2 visit experiences (previous hair cuts for my twins with Julia vs recent haircut with Lisa) and I was the same person both times (friendly, following instructions, and helpful with a smile) therefore the stylist needs education regarding treating all clients equally and with courtesy. Don’t judge someone by the way they look or talk. If you don’t want to cut someone’s hair just say it initially.

I loved it… my son did his fake cries only twice. Which is very good because, he normally cries bloody murder. Not this time & Julia was awsome with him. She had him looking extra handsome . Definitely will be coming back.

Hello I will give our hairstylist 5 stars as she deserves it she was welcoming and extremely kind to us . As for the receptionist in the front she was beyond rude to my children as well as myself ! I am extremely offended by the fact that she continued to speak in a firm voice to my 6 year old ,whom was very excited to receive his haircut she some what ruined the experience for us all as she had the nerve to speak loudly to my child stating “YOUR MOM DIDN’T PAY FOR THAT PUT IT BACK “ I told my son to put it back before and she heard me tell him as I spent over $50 and stated “Don’t worry my children don’t steal “ she then made a smirk sound ! I was extremely shocked I’ve never had this kind of experience here ! Very rude and extremely unwelcoming this young lady needs to learn how to deal and speak to people and children . It seems as if she was annoyed by my children and kept giving all of us attitude . Unfortunately one bad experience will not have us coming back ! I would definitely hire someone who is kid friendly and respectful of your clients !

I wasn’t a fan of the experience here. While the stylist was great with my child, especially for a first time haircut, I felt like I was under a microscope regarding my mask. I asked the stylist if she was okay that I took it down so my child would’nt cry and she was so accommodating. (It frightens him a lot and I didn’t want to add to the already difficult situation for the little one.) I had three workers from across the store continue to tell me to put it up. I explained calming that it scares my child and pulling the mask up would just make the situation harder for baby. The owner and manager didn’t let up. Besides the stylist, everyone else was more than 20 feet away. Being a child friendly business, I would think they would understand the emotional and mental tax a baby experiences when they can’t see their own parent’s face, especially during a stressful time. While the stylist and the team member that checked me out were wonderful, the rest of the experience was not.
