This is the worst place someone can go for their kid’s haircut. Very unprofessional. Their website says if you are running late, no problem; just let us know. We were running late and I informed them that we’ll be 5 minute late. And, we were 4 minutes late. The receptionist didn’t even care to inform the stylist!! They really don’t care about the kids. Specifically, NADYA HOD. She is the worst. She was very rude, rude towards the kid as well as us. She just looked at the photo of the hair style we wanted, and didn’t even talk to us. I think she hurt my kid as well when trying to put the bibs on him. She grabbed my kid’s neck very strongly. My son started crying and I asked her to give him a minute to relax. She said very rudely, “I don’t have time for this. I have another appointment after this.” Seriously!!! Don’t go to this place. Even if you go, don’t book NADYA HOD. Worst of all!!

Highly recommend: staff were so friendly and service was top notch. My 2-year-old daughter had her first haircut and loved the experience – sitting in a car, watching cocomelon, cut and braided her hair with ease and receiving a beautiful certificate with her first curl and a picture as a keepsake. She also received a small gift. Will definitely be our staple hairdresser’s for cutting her hair – she had zero anxiety and actually didn’t want to leave – she enjoyed it so much ! Very, very reasonably priced for the cut and service.

Made an appointment for shampoo and cut for my son. Arriving there was a 15minute wait. Whatever, stuff happens I get it. The lady was rushing and didn’t cut well. My fault for not checking before leaving like I usually do but I asked for a fade & she just buzzed one size at the bottom and had harsh lines that did not blend at all. $27 for a kids haircut and The end result was terrible.

This was 1st haircut for my son at 11 months. Hina did a phenomenal job. I couldn’t thank her there because my son was crying so badly. But she did such an amazing job taking away all the hair from a crying child’s head with utmost cool and calm.! Thanks Hina. Also this location’s manager was also very polite, accommodating and helpful! Will use this place again!

Bad service!!! The hair salon lady actually took all hair away by putting buzz to my kid without my consent. I asked her why she did this to him, she replied he was moving continuously. Isn’t it like their job to be patient with the little kids. Now I am ending up paying full service amount which I actually do not want (balding my kid). I defiantly not going again in this salon for my kids.

The staff here is superior! In the chaos of planning a funeral last month I brought my son in for an appt I THOUGHT I had made but apparently didn’t. These ladies did not hesitate to squeeze him in not even knowing all we were going through in that moment! I was so stressed already and they literally made my day! Thank you Michelle!!

Awesome place! The stylists are always good at talking to my daughter and making her feel comfortable while getting a haircut. Each kid is provided a tablet to watch shows. There is a toy store within this salon, and kids get to pick out a prize after their haircut. Great place, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
